You will be picked up at the Munich airport. Our staff members will help you in taking care of customs and entry formalities, and then accompany you on the trip to the Klinikum Augsburg (approximately 1 hour).

The VIP Station

You will be a VIP patient in the Klinikum Augsburg. You will have a separate, closed station with rooms and suites that have been furnished to be especially comfortable. There are 15 rooms and suites spread out over 1500 square metres.

English-speaking staff members at a separate reception area will take care of your wishes and also reserve your examination and therapy appointments. If you request it, you will also be accompanied to the special areas and picked up again.

A comfortable lounge and conference rooms and service areas allow you to meet with your visitors and family members. Several separate examination areas are annexed to the station.

Your rooms

The rooms (20 m² large) and suites (46 m²) are furnished in the standard of a 4**** hotel, with separate bath/WC, links for satellite TV for reception of Arabic programmes, telephone and Internet connection and air conditioning. If you wish, additional fittings can be installed.
