• registration document
• EHIC - European Health Insurance Card
• Form 81 (for patients insured within the EU, EEA or Switzerland when utilising services during a temporary stay in Germany)
• cost acceptance certificate

On our premises you will also find service facilities such as the supermarket, the kiosk, the cafe, the library, the hair studio and the bank.
